EAP 507 is an academic required course. At the end of spring semester 2018, I worked with two of my classmates in final MCP project. For this project, we will have a public presentation on 4th May 2018.
The topic of my MCP project is the impact of top-down leadership on work performance and job satisfaction in restaurants in China and India. The reason why I choose this topic is that there were lots of studies focusing on employees’ performance and job satisfaction, and I am interested in the relationship between top-down leadership and employees’ work performance. Based on my study on some journal articles, I found that Chinese and Indian restaurants can apply my research properly.
